Thats a shame in my eyes, as he is a potential match winner. further more is there any info on Dean Pendrys where abouts?? wasnt in the league cup squad or Saturdays squad, but no injury notice???

To be honest I don't think he's the same player as the one who used to fly down the wing for yate Town a season or two ago. Perhaps the injuries he's suffered over the last year have had an effect on him.

Hopefully for his sake he'll be able to rediscover the form which he is capable of.

I think a major factor in Woods not flying down the wings like at Yate is the width of the pitch. he had a lot more space to hit and run. with a smaller pitch he was always facing a up hill task. even so he still produced some moments that showed he had quality

Don't forget though Craig that when he played he wasn't only limited to matches at Cossham Street!!!!!!!!!!

He occasionally showed glimpses of what he used to be able to produce and when doing so looked a threat, alas this was seen rarely during his short time with us.

Sadly, the only way to run up and down the wing at Cossham Street is up and down the car park and into the clubhouse.
